If you are a victim of this apartment complex I urge you to stand up and be heard!! I spent a year and a half of my life that I can never get back, and I'm gone, but I'm still so mad about how I was treated here. If you think that you have been a victim, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, contact our attorney general http://www.nmag.gov/office/Divisions/CP/complaint.aspx, Better Business Bureau (505) 346-0110, Landlord Tentant Association (505) 983-8447, and there is an clinic where you can get low cost or free legal aid 505-982-9886. You have rights! You have to know them because this office staff flat out skirt the law in order to get there way. Let's make this company know they cannot treat people this way.

Their "friggin gag order in their lease is the only way they feel in control" These people are total SOB's with NO CLASS and YES VERY ABUSIVE! They should fire all the office staff and get a clue! No one will put up with thier crap!

FYI we just restaffed the complex effective Monday February 2. I assure everyone we will turn this place around and that we will strive to exceed your expectations. We are very sorry for the things in the past we can't change that but, we can move forward and improve the quality of life for everyone here.

Restaffed the complex with who and with what? No, you have lost your chances with many of us. No, not ever again. The previous manager ------ should be turned in for criminal activity. Sentinel should be very wary especially during the rocky economic times now and ahead. Beware of this complex. There are much better places to live in Santa Fe.

This is the icing on the cake...(adding comment)-this tenant, my friend always paid the rent, ------ did not like this tenant and continually lied to keep her job and harrass this tenant!If all the tenants together a filed a class action Lawsuit against this SENTINEL COMPANY they would be screwed! TENANTS DO HAVE A VOICE! WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR SALARY COMES FROM!!!!!PUH-LEEEEASE!

GIVE YOU A BREAK-ARE YOU KIDDING US??? My friend lived here and always paid the rent ontime and the manager liked to try and use her so called "power" to place eviction notices on my friend's door fo any reason! My friend had a stroke the next day after an eviction notice was placed on the door.They also gave this tenant another final eviction notice because they stated the wheelchair was under the stairs and blocking the way! Unless you are a troll and lived under the stairs it was NOT BLOCKING ANY ONE'S WAY!! The tenant called the Sentinel Company in New York and asked that they move this tenant to a downstairs apt.with reasonable accomodation and the company refused and evicted the tenant with a disabilty! YOU CALL THIS PLACE HUMANE!THIS IS DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION!
