I currently live at Rancho Vizcaya. The layout of the apartment is great and I enjoy living there. The biggest negatives that I have are:

Parking is absolutely AWFUL especially when it snows. The parking spaces are very tight and people have a tendency of parking crooked which will take up more than one space-It is so frustrating! If I get there right after work (5pm) I will get a decent parking. If I get there about 5:30 I will have to park quite far (if I find one). In the winter they do not clean the snow or ice which might take up a few spaces.

Winter months are awful because they do not remove the snow or salt the ice which makes it quite dangerous. Especially when you have to walk far because of the parking.

There is not a light for my apartment to go up the stairs which also makes it dangerous.

The apartment is pretty cold in the winter which causes me to pay a lot more for my heating bill.

In the summer the air conditioner from downstairs is very loud and maintenance never fixed it.

If you can get over those negatives, the apartment is located in a fabulous part of town. Close to I-25 and all main roads are right there I love the location! Layout of the apartments are wonderful. Having lived in several other Santa Fe apartments I absolutely recommend this apartment, they just need to fix a few things.

Lights to go up the stairs in the icy snow, that they don't clear away, so the tenants can slip and fall! This would be too much to ask for with this place. If you fall, they stick an eviction notice on your door instead of calling you and asking you if you are OK and there is anything they can do! Who is the owner of this building in New York?
