I have lived at Talavera for nine months and I am breaking my lease to get away from there. My apartment is roach infested in the worse way and I'm scared that I will never be rid of them. When I first moved there, I was told by the management that they would be rid of the roaches within a month. Yeah right! My children have been traumatized! There were dead bugs everywhere when I was looking at the apartment - I should have heeded that big fat red flag. Also my refrigerator never worked and instead of replacing it, maintenance continued to "fix" it. I am very disappointed in this property.
The office staff is very nice and accomodating, but unfortunately that does not make up for the bug problem and the inadequate maintenance.
