Stayed for 8 months. The insulation in the apartment is excellent, good for utility bills. The apartment is smallish, but has alot of floor space in the kitchen. The maintenance guys are great, but their hands are tied by stingy policies. Had to have John in multiple times for refrigerator and stove and hot water heater. Finally got a new refrigerator and stove, but it took months!

Talavera has a cockroach problem as well. When the sprayers come, you have to empty all cabinets, they do use organic sprays at least. I only bothered with it once and it only worked for about a month. The sprayers don't deal with the whole building at once, so the other tenants roaches come through the walls and gaps around the pipes.

Also the walls are fairly thin, could easily hear music from other apts.
