i have lived at talavera for two years now, and have had nothing but problems, my first apt. here was a one bedroom with a serious ant problem that would not go away. my second apt a two bedroom is a nightmare nothing ever seems to work and i have had maintinace here so many times to fix the same set of problems each time. They do what they can but their hand are tied by managment. Dealing with managment is a whole nother nightmare. The property manager is extremily rude. i would never recomend anyone moving here unless they wanted problems
