The Talavera Apartment Homes facility is great. It's nice to have access to a workout room and pool next to my place, and not have to pay a membership for those things else where. I felt the management knew what they where doing and were always prepared to fix or help out with property service and almost immediately.

I think this was written by talavera staff. That is not how it is at all i want to move out but they placed a $1750.00 erly move out fee on me. the complex is full or cockroaches but don't expect them to tell you that in fact they will play dumb as if they dont know of the problem but trust me it is bad realy realy bad
