The office staff has been super accomodating and pleasant. I think management has read the comments about the on-site gym, because there seems to be more equipment since a few months ago. I have not had major problems with the maintenance staff, but I do have to comment that my trash was still sitting out on my porch when I came home at 7 p.m. Also, I had to make several requests for maintenance to activate my alarm. However, these are minor non-issues which are more than made up by the quality of life I have experienced living here. In essence, this place is safe, quiet, clean, and convenient. I really enjoy living here!! I highly recommend it.
