Expensive and Rude

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
We recently moved out of an apartment at Parkway Manor largely due to the fact that their services were very poor.
Although the apartment was nice and the location was convenient we found the service people to be rude and difficult to deal with. Specifically, the maintenance guy, Blake, was very unprofessional and lacked an ability to deal with situations in a mature manner. Sometimes our trash would be picked up while other times it would be left for another week. Service calls were a real annoyance - sometimes they would arrive quickly as stated and other times it would take them days just to call to say they would be right over. The front desk staff were hot and cold. Sometimes they were pleasant, depending on who answered the phone, while other times they were iron maidens not really interested in helping to solve problems.
Had I known about these issues given the amount you pay for a 3 bedroom ($1,350 - $1,500 if you want a garage and other extras) I would have looked long and hard elsewhere.
