I recently moved out of parkway manor appartments "Luxury Living". The appliances, carpeting, lenolium, windows, doors and celing fans were the exact same quality you could find at any low income housing.

When i first moved in I was 100% satisfied, but after a few months the lack of landscaping up keep and unfriendly staff started to make me feel unwelcomed in the complex.

One time I even spoted some of the ladies who work in the main office after hours. I couldnt belive how trashy they make this place look.

This year when the construction of the shopping center nextdoor started was when this place turned into a complete nightmare.

Probably the only things i would say i liked about living there would be... hmmm... nevermind. This place is a joke.

I completely agree. The paint comes off when you touch the walls, and the floors have black mold under them.
