Nice place to live UNTIL you want to leave. They say they will give you your deposit back, but come up with every excuse (and fake/falsified photos) not to. Signed and verbal agreements were not honored. Came up with "extra" charges so there was no refund of the security deposit. Overcharge (or charge in the first place) for cleaning that should not be the resident's financial responsibility. Also, when you leave, the apartment is expected to be cleaner than when you moved in, and then they clean it again anyway, and charge you big buck to do it. Again- DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING, LEASING, OR BUYING A PLACE AT PARKWAY MANOR!!
