Parkway went downhill when the owner's son left the day-to-day management roughly 2.5 years ago. External housekeeping is non-existent. Any repair requiring professional not on staff goes undone. Previous comments about management about lying are believeable. Hot Springs Road is frequented by gangs. Gates are open 6 am - 6 pm and are easily circumvented, so don't fall into the trap of gated or restricted access. Many times I've seen trucks waiting for people to exit the premises. Apartments were way overpriced before the service declined. There aren't many alternatives in Carson, but look and you will find better values.
