It's funny when you go in and look at their showroom apartment, everything is nice and clean, new, well organized, and well furnished. Then, when you decide to do the deal, you say yes and sign your lease, you get your keys to your place a couple of weeks later, your ready to move in, in your mind your place is going to look like theirs inside, your going to have a nice place to live, but then, when you unlock the door their is major stains in the carpet, the baseboards on the floors are coming apart at every corner, the walls are dented and all messed up, it is infact nothing like you had imagined. Renter beware! Their "gated" community has gates alright, but they never close!! They don't fix the burned out lights outside so watch your step!! Have a flashlight!! They really don't have on-sight security patrolling the apartment complex as promised! And, their nice hot tub is a dry concrete hole! Are you going to get what you were promised and paying for here' NO!! Again, Renter beware!!

The hot tub was only out of service for 1 week,while the part was ordered,it's working just fine today ( 7/29/08).
