I just read the review from 7/26 and I was really surprised because I didn't have any of those expirences. I moved out in October when my house was ready and lived at Parkway Manor for 11 months. I found the maintenece supervisor Blaine (not Blake) to be very helpful and friendly. He had no problem hanging my curtains or helping me with little things around the apartment. They have a new supervisor, Jason, that started in September that also seems very capable and nice. The office was always helpful when I called and my only complaint was occasional mix-ups with the mail (they have several mail carriers on their route). I had a very good relationship with the people there and my neighbors.
