I have lived here for a year now, and every day I find more and more problems in my apartment. The heating and air are not even worth having. The kitchen is extremely small. The residents are all very rude. Most do not speak English. The landlord is pretty nice, although she plays favorites and loves to call the police. The water pressure is never consistent, and sometimes there is no water at all. The rent is far too much for what you would expect to get. I would not recommend this place to anybody that I know.
