Tom and Jason were exceptionally helpful in answering all kinds of questions about Nevada, Carson City, as well as the apartment and utilities etc. Tom stayed late, on a Parkway Manor Apartments 52% Recommended Sep 23 2007: These are the best apartments in Carson City;the value for what you pay is there when you consider all the amenities and location. The Manager Jason is very thoughtful and understanding. Six of seven do not recommend the complex. Does that give you a clue? Although the interior of the apartments are generally nice with an exception for the bathroom flooring, the Shenandoah Villas 67% Recommended Jul 16 2007: I have a 8 year old and a 2 year old.
