Dog attacks My dog was attack by the maintance guy dog on 4th of July. He didnt care about it and I am not happy with the way they treat the people who live here. I hope they change their rules about dog.

Agree with negative comments Parkway went downhill when the owner's son left the day-to-day management roughly 2.5 years ago. External housekeeping is non-existent. Any repair requiring professional not on staff goes undone. Previous comments about management about lying are believeable.

Thiefs ! Thiefs ! Thiefs They are crooks. They deducted $300 from our deposit for cleaning. Our apartment was very clean when we left it. All other places will charge maybe $100 for carpet cleaning.
