The complex was a good place to live before it was sold about a year ago, and new management (Chapperal Management) took over. The manager is the brother of the new owner. The new management refuses to evict problem tenants no matter how many neighbors complain. The prior management company (Eagle Real Estate), would promptly get rid of the problems. The new owner only seems to care that he gets his rent money every month.
Bottom line...for the money they want, your better off spending it elsewhere.
