The manager Keith is also the owner, he does not tell people that... good luck getting a security deposit back from him. he pulls all kinds of ---- out of his ass as to why he is keeping everyones money. he is a theif!!! and he also enters apartments when he thinks people are not home, he has been caught a handful of times. he will rip you off too if you give him the chance, he is lazy and does not do anything around the property except wait with his hand out for rent. rent at your own risk

dont know how he sleeps at nite ,and is such a out right thief he should be paranoid , and watch his back before somone gives him a dose of his own crap, what a looser this is the geto of dayton, drugs cops and a lier for a manager/ actualy the owner.spinless piece of #$@$#$$%%.
