I find in my expierience that it is the problemed residents whom you have to warn over and over again about the rules and regulations they signed that complain the most because the management is doing their job properly. It is certainly not an easy task to manage that many families without a set of guidelines for all to follow.
Problemed residents will be the first to try and degrade managements ability to run a complex.
Once a little tiny rumor is started, everyone believes in it and spreads it like wildfire.
The management and the owners know the rules pertaining to fair housing. They know they can't go into someones apartment without written notice. Has it ever been proven' I hardly think so.
It's people like you that give management a bad rep.
I think all the apartments on Dayton Valley Rd. are managed very proffesional. Shame on you for trying to ruin that.
