The manager Keith is also the owner, he does not tell people that... good luck getting a security deposit back from him. he pulls all kinds of ---- out of his ass as to why he is keeping everyones money.

The complex was a good place to live before it was sold about a year ago, and new management (Chapperal Management) took over. The manager is the brother of the new owner. The new management refuses to evict problem tenants
