I am very dissapointed with the quality of these apartments. They aren't kept up very well. The lanolium in the kitchen is all cut up and dirty looking, even after cleaning. Winter time is hard in these apartments. The cold air just pours in through the many windows and front door. I can hear my next door neighbors as though there wasn't anything between us. Some apartments are smoking while others are non-smoking. This makes it difficult when the smell of cigarette smoke enters the other apartments. Even though leases are resigned every 6 months, tenants that signed before the no smoking rule are still allowed to smoke in and around their apartment. This quite menacing and unfair. There is no attempt to remove snow from the roads in the complex. The stairs are open to snow fall and become quite slick.
