Parkway Apartments 0% Recommended Feb 12 2008: While the website makes the apartments look quite appealing, it is very misleading. We have a bottom floor unit. The floors are very cold. The carpet has either been laid directly over the concrete slab or there is no insulation Parkway Apartments 0% Recommended Jan 29 2008: I am very dissapointed with the quality of these apartments. They aren't kept up very well. The lanolium in the kitchen is all cut up and dirty looking, even after cleaning. Winter time is hard in these apartments. The cold |
