Before we signed our lease management was great! Very friendly and helpful. But as soon as we were moved in, it went down hill. I have never been treated so poorly by apartment staff. Parking was a big issue, maintenance requests were ignored for days, one time I paid my rent on-time but was left a nasty message about late rent payments with no apology given when they realized their mistake. I can't wait to get out of the lease. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.
