I've lived there for quite a while, and have to say... I can't wait to leave. The new staff is INCREDIBLY unhelpful. One staff member in particular has a horrendous attitude and is quite demeaning. Walking into this office to raise an issue is like being talked down to by a Wal-Mart cashier.
