Before the management change, the complex seemed to run in a more orderly fashion. The office staff was friendly and helpful. As soon as the new management took over, there were problems. The maintenance of the property as well as the quality of staff has taken a downward turn. Also, the type of tenant appears to have changed. In our building, it was not uncommon to walk in the common breezeway and find trash, food, and tenets/guests smoking drugs. The unassigned parking is unheard of in this area. Guests often take all the covered parking. Complaints about various issues get you nowhere. I would not recommend this property, although, Henderson in general is a nice place to live.
