At first , it looked like it was a nice place. But I found out after moving in that this was everything but a good apt to live at. I came in to a filthy apartment, wasn't even cleaned prior to my move-in. The kitchen has no windows nor ventilation.

Neighbors, are by far, the worse I lived with. Mostly teenagers who race their cars in the parking lot or feel the have to run their engines and peel out at 1 or 2 am everymorning when they leave. Some are as bold as to crank their car audio to some ungawdly decibal in the parking lot through out the night so getting any rest here is difficult. I know they are armed as I hear gunfire several times since I've been here. I find the shells and some live bullets still in the parking lot where the kids play.
I rent a garage there as well and other tenants feel they can park in front of it (blocking me in) when the rest of the lot is full. Not once, but several times.
Folks with animals have no control over them since they bark throughout the night. many people here leave their trash piled up for weeks outside their doors bringing in roaches and ants. ANd in the summer, this is only going to get worse.
I know this may seem like it happens anywhere, I know that it doesn't coz I've lived in several areas in town and this has to be the lowest form of comfort in a community.
The only "wow" factor here is the look and management/maintenance (great people). I wouldn't reccommend this place and as for me, I'm outta' here when the lease is up !
