I have only lived here for a couple of months, When i first moved in my apt was NOT ready at all!!! But the mangers and staff made my move in soooo much better once they figured out the situation! The staff is very friendly, and take the time to know you by name. My apt is beautiful, with a mountain view out one window and the entire vegas area out the other. Maintance is pretty good too, they are nice and get things done. I agree that the price my be a little high, but you get what you pay for! :0) It is apt living so you will here some noise, but honostly i never hear anything! I love it! If you are looking for an great place to live come here, and say i referred you ( hint i get money) !
