You wont have a clue who or what you're dealing with until you move in. When I moved in, they didn't tell me that they are building a house right in front of my view. For a whole year (because I have signed a year contract) i would hear hammering and trucks early in the morning for ONE year straight!!! That house is now finished and they are going to built another house right next to the new house. They staffs will come into my apartment without telling me. After I have changed the locks, I knew they were coming in again without letting me know because one day, a maintenance man came knocking on my door saying they need the copy of the keys. How the hell do they know I have changed my locks if they didnt test it out''! So i gave them a fake key. On January 31st, someone from the Constable's Office came and gave me a 30 day notice to move out. I have till March 2nd to get out. Luckily, I have found a place within a week. I was beginning to move all my stuff.. on February 26 2007. i went back to collect the rest of my things and came to found out they have broken into my apartment which i still live in, changed the locks and removed all of my belongings!!!!! they locked me out ILLEGALLY!!! i called the office and they ignored me!! if you like dishonest people and who goes through your things, go right ahead! this place is a rip off with NO GARAGE!!! The view will suck later because it will be covered with houses soon.
