Oh yeah !!! I constantly observe this individual on a daily basis, luring small

children for fun times to ride on his fourtrax (off road). Parents, please use

caution in montoring your children in or around bldg 3, this is a disaster waiting

to happen. Management needs to step up and take care of this problem, now !!

Did I fail to mention bldg "3" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry. There is a registered sex offender living on the premises, however he's not in building 3. He's in building 17, and he raped an 11 year old girl at knife-point. (You can see the sex offender flier by going to nvsexoffenders.gov, which no one in the community with children or not, was informed of.) The leasing manager Kendra, in order to circumvent the security/background check which would have prevented him moving onto the property, instead rented to his mother. Though all residents are technically supposed to be screened, especially considering we live next door to a school, Kendra has decided that she will let just about anyone move onto the property, as long as they have a pulse, because the leasing office and owners of the vacant units are only concerned about money money money rather than the safety and happiness of all other residents here.

The guy on the fourwheeler is my neighbor and those are his kids. You seriously have problems for even thinking he was. And yes there was a sex offender living here in building 17 and he is long gone. Before you start saying there not screening and etc. read into the fair housing and youll realize they cant not discriminate against anyone, under any means. The gentleman was by the book. He was registered and etc. Im a realtor and I know for a damn fact that if they denied him for that reason that is against the law.

The children that he takes for rides are his and when he does take other children for rides, the parents are informed.I dont see anything wrong with having fun, but thats just my opinion. Dont assume before you make statements because you are just being ignorant.
