I have rented for 5 years and lived in so many different apartments.
If you want to live where there is a sex offender and numerous drug deals goinG on in the buildings and u get treated horribly by the staff, Kendra and TIffany then this is the place for you.... or not.
Ive never once been able to get ahold of the staff for questions, my car was almost towed without a warning and i had just barely moved in... and i was in my parking spot, bc i was waiting on a renwal sticker!! Imagined if you woke up the next day for work and your car was towed, they've never once returned my calls for anything.
The water here sucks , they water is either freezing or boiling hot, i can only take literally 5 min showers and when i'm out of the shower my back is all red from how hot it is.
Every night i hear my neighbor and his so called friends or drug deals goin on all night long! , the walls are super thin and you can hear everything.
This place is not worth 900 bucks a month, Kendra, the manager, you'll know who she is , she always wears sunglasses on her head, is very snooty and never returns any calls back. whats the point of having other lease agents when they don't even know how to do their job.
DONT RENT AT AVALON......I WOULD TRY HORIZON RIDGE VILLAS OR POSITANO, EVEN CHATEAU CALAIS , THEY HAVE A VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND TREAT YOU WELL

the manintenance supervisor is the property "pusher"!!! he never sleeps!!

my experience with the management at Avalon has been extremly pleasent!All staff members here have gone above and beyond, standard customer service efforts to make my stay enjoiable. i am a single women and live alone and have NEVER felt any concerns for my saftey here what so ecver. the neighborhood quiet and probaly the best in the whole henderson/las vegas area. i think its sad your giving Avalon, and espically the staff, a bad rep. as for your car getting tagged, i personally know this problem is due to the HOA not the leasing personnel.

I am very distraught at this person's thoughts.. From what I have seen so far, the people here work very hard to satisfy their tenants. U can think what u think but in my opinion, I think avalon is a great place to stay in.. Thank u very much;-)
