These apartments suck. They will take your money so do not bother giving a deposit. They are not willng to help at all especially Kendra and Tiffany they are incapable of doing their job and are very rude. if you want to waste time money and gas and end up with no where to live then choose Avalon. They show you a decent apartment get your money and then try to give you a dump. With no refund. My experience at Avalon was the worst customer service ever. i give these apartments an F-.

Avalon was a beautiful, safe, quiet property 4 years ago, the ownership changed 2 years ago and they attempted to go condo. The market collapsed and the condo sales office closed. The property is now rental and the management company RMI is very dishonest and yes, Kendra is awful. Why she is still there is a mystery to all that rent there. Avalon is now in forclosure and hopefully a new owner will bring it back to its former glory. Kendra needs to go......

Before you start point fingers at people in the office. They are not the ones controlling the rental rates and procedures that is done by the management company and the owners. CC&Rs have nothing to do with renters. And all renters have to go through the same background check which by the way is ran off a grading scale that all other communities under Riverstone use. Renters are completely different than owners!!! And dont fool yourself because homeowners dont even go through the extensive background check that management companies go through. There the ones that rent to anyone as long as they are paying there mortgage. So now lets start pointing fingers. Sounds like your one angry person that not get what they wanted so they are going to start pointing fingers and place blame on anyone they can. I feel sorry for you. GET A LIFE

When we lived there it was really nice, clean and beautiful. But apparently it was before Kendra was there...it was two years ago! This is one of the reasons we left Las Vegas, no professionalism anywhere!

Oh my goodness! You should really educate yourself before saying anything here. "CC&Rs have nothing to do with renters." - WHAT???? This is the law, my dear. So long as a community has their codes and covenants, ALL RENTERS and owners alike MUST abide by the presiding CC&R's... this is the reason why Kendra and Riverstone/RMI should not be operating. Any management company not providing their renters with a copy of the CC&R's should be reported for breaking the law. If Kendra has not been doing it, then she (if licensed, which she should be) as well as the management company should be reported to the Nevada Department of Real Estate immediately. I own in Avalon and take utmost care in choosing, credit check screening, reference checking, and meeting all residents that come through my door. It is people like the ones appointed by the management company who don't care because all they want is a miserable paycheck. I miss old Avalon and wish it back.

wow, tigerwolf is one miserable person... very sad to see someone post so many comments (bitching) about the leasing office staff etc. It sounds like you are home owner?? and it also sounds like your obsessed with them when your point of contact "should" be the HOA! no one would say such miserable comments on the Internet unless there is something seriously wrong with you?? are you okay?? the management on the leasing end has little to do with the HOA and real property concerns they are only property managers (what are you talking about) talk about moronic! your a fool!... i think your frustrations are focused in the WRONG department.your opinion is purely uneducated! if you are a home owner, why are you prying into the leasing office so often? i personally had the most pleasant experience with all staff members of Avalon, especially kendra. so completely opposite of what your mentioning.. they have a job to do and i feel they all convey a very professional demeanor, and i take your harsh words pertaining to kendra and her staff very offensively... calm down tiger!!.. and get a job!! its apparent you have entirely too much time on your hands, and need to find some past time, like umm i dont maybe working, like these poor people you constantly bash! its because of terrible residents like yourself kendra and other members of her staff have moved on, and more power to them! you need help!!

LOL You take offense to comments about Kendra running the community I live in into the ground, yet you can't even post your name? LOL Kendra only left because no one wanted to work with her anymore. Between her drug dealing maintenance man and her sheer incompetence, there was nothing stopping this place from turning into a ghetto. Monique was no better. You may also want to run a spell-checker next time you attempt to insult someone. It really makes you look unintelligent when you can't even spell insults correctly.
