I am a current tenant and I hate it!!This place is a disgrace!!!No one ever fixes anything.My hot water tank leaked for a month.My gas bill went from $47 to $150 inn a month no one compensated me!!I should have known they were incompetent when I filled out the app and I had to keep calling on the status.Thelease guy in the office walked in on my daughter undresed with a f**cking key then joked about seeing her undresed to the maintenance which then told her!!.WTF!!!!The tub didnt work for 2 weeks,6 calls then I got results.This is a glamousrized ghetto!!! They have more excuses than a man on death row!!the one dingy ----- with the grey musstang only cares about gosipping and the property manager Monique dont give a S**T. They call it gated community but the f***ing gate stays open all day and night!not to mention they cut the water off at least 5 times a month for up to 4 hours a day for "maintenance" ha....

and they ay they switched management becuse the old management was bad LMAO

They didn't switch management. It's the same company it always was, just under a different name.
