I have been living here at Avalon for about 7 months and I'm very pleased with the property and the surrounding neighborhood. There is a Smiths and Albertsons right down the street, the apartments hava amazing floor plans, the manager and the staff are very nice and always helpfull! When i first moved here i wasnt happy with the management or the maintanence but since then they have changed management and the maintenance staff and I am very happy with the change. I would definetly recommend this property to friends family and co-workers or anyone for that matter.
