My name is -----, I am so HAPPY with Avalon at Seven Hills. I have lived here almost 12 months. The management is more than accomodating. The grounds are beautiful. Both pools are amazing with barbeques and cabanas. Its like living at a 5 Diamond Resort.
I havent had any issues with my apartment, when putting in a simple Maintenance request, they are there the same day..
I feel very safe and humble here. I would definitely recommend this property to all.

the pools are closed.... they need to buy a new filter.what are you talkin about? the management has improved and the grounds are being maintained much better than before- but- its an apartment with very thin walls-as long as you dont mind that. It is a gorgeous property. The people are nice neighbors.
