I have lived in Avalon for some time and love it. I was attracted to the property because of the lush landscaping, great pools and ideal location. I recently chose to sign a lease for a larger unit. The new property manager is great. She is professional and tentative to the needs of the residents, a much needed improvement over the previous manager. She has handled the recent situation of the pools being closed due to the VGA Pool and Spa Safety Act in a very courteous and professional manner. The maintenance crew is also great. They are improving the grounds and cleaning up areas that have been neglected in the past. It's a great place to live!!
