Bella Vista

A beautiful community - part of master planned Green Valley Ranch.

The staff is wonderful. They made us feel welcome from day one. They were always willing to help out, and went beyond normal expectations. Maintenance was prompt and well done.

We had no noise problems of any kind. These apartments are really more like townhomes (2 story, attached garage).

The grounds are really beautiful - you almost forget you're living in the desert. Nice pool and hot tub. The fitness room is on the smallish side, but there's a really great theatre room. When we were there, you could reserve the whole clubhouse after hours for no charge.

The perfect floor plan for our family of three (plus a cat). Very nice master bath (with a window, which added tons of light) - garden tub, too. Washer and dryer is included. The kitchen is kind of small, but does have good sized pantry cabinet. Also, management has no problem with you painting the place, so you can personalize it that way.

We really enjoyed our experience at Bella Vista and only moved because of my husband's job. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!
