Maintainance suck..they dont care what happens to residands in summer heat

It was most disappointing experiance for me at BellaVista apt.
Temperature was 112 outside and my apt AC was not working. After my several calls for fixing it, mainitainace (and/or other so called responsible ppl of leaseing office) didnt care. Staying in that furnace like (no ac) house with my 2 years kid was unbarable (for more than 48 hrs.. But... But leasing office team were givin me false promises that some one will come and fix it.
They weren't CARE and understand that its an EMERGENCY and UNHUMAN to stay there.
Total unprofessional way of talking and hendling EMERGENCY situation.
