I have as well as many others,Have first hand experience with Bella Vista Apartments/Condo Conversion. The Person who posted this accurate and under exaggerated. This company deals in deception in every form!!! The noise and recklessness and absolute disrespect for Tenants and there safety is bar none the the worst. Bella Vista Apt/Condos complete management structure is corrupt. I cant go into complete details of there criminal and highly documented activity. But what I can say because we live in great country called UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Hopefully we can bring these Bandits of deception and lies to Justice. And stop anyone else from being a victim of there unlawful ways. Taking advantage of there tenants/residents/guest is common. Construction should have been called Destruction. Bella Vista and all involved in there "Renovation/Condo Conversion"2005/2006. And from what I have knowledge of still continues to this date. Let me give a couple of facts. Bella Vista Complex has a history of all common lights being Turned off. This is very dangerous for anyone in the complex. The grounds are not well kept. The condition of walk ways are extremely hazard s.
