It has gotten much better

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived in this complex for almost a year, and over the last 6 months it has been terrible. I had maintence that was taking weeks complete, and the office staff had no clue what they were doing. But, in the last 2 weeks, there has been a complete turnaround. They finally have a competent staff that listens to your concerns and takes care of them right away. I was not going to renew my lease this spring, but now, I am definately going to think about it. I am giving them a second chance. It is very pretty place to live, and I do not want to move at all now.
