I can't wait for my lease to end, so I can kiss this nightmare out of my life.

They don't respond to maintenance calls and WRITTEN requests. I've submitted several and have had absolutely ZERO responses.

The Staff "acts like" they are truly concerned about you, and the community, but once they've lured you in with their pretentous bait They ignore you and apparantly await that bittersweet moment when they can scoff at you. (Basically the staff here is TWO FACED)

There's absolutely ZERO cleaning or wall painting after the departure of a tenant (meaning prior to the arrival of a new tenant). What little bit of effort they DO, do, is easily identified within the first week of moving in. The showers and tubs are not scrubbed prior to move in. The carpet is only vacuumed (unless it's extremely terrible). There is NO ATTENTION paid to the blinds, windows, or screens prior to moving in a new resident.

The balcony railings are falling out of the concrete they are mounted in.

They develop "house rules" that they don't pay attention to, or enforce (unless it serves their interest at the moment meaning they play favorites here). They pay security to patrol the parking and common area(s), yet several cars are getting broken into.

There is one benefit though ...

My lease ends soon :)
