Upon first sitting down with the staff and walking through the apartment, I was excited and very happy. Then I moved in. I've never seen a higher turn around in any complex (in 2 states) ever. When I questioned the staff (before signing) about the number of people moving out he said several were being evicted as they couldn't pay rent. 5 or 6 people'''' Seems odd. I was promised a 4% increase in rent after my lease expired... in actuality it was a 23% increase. Maintainence requests are addressed quickly, but poorly. I truly get the impression that although they say they want people to stay here for years and develop a relationship... they want you in and out as quickly as possible to get those fees. Plus, my unit seemed as though it was built by the lowest bidder. I found several defects and problems that would not go away. Extremely foul odor running through the air ducts that, although I mentioned this to the office, were never addressed. The bottom line, there are so many nice complexes in this city, in this area... do yourself a favor and find another place, even if you have to pay a little more, you'll be happier elsewhere.

I agree this place is trash. I found a nicer place that is NEW and really cost much less in a much nicer area. This place is overpriced and very low class.
