Worst place I have ever lived. We were showed a beautiful apartment when we were about to sign the lease but when we moved in, we were completely dissappointed. The rooms all have glass sliding doors in the closets but mine were all cracked at the bottom. The kitchen was an ugly ugly color (repairs were done by just simply nailing everythng that broke into place). The microwave was very very old (1980's style). Our carpet was an ugly grey color, and the tile in the bathroom was brown and ugly. Everthing in the apartment has need repairs atleast once. What is more disgusting is my room mates and I started to see roaches in teh apartment...when we went to management they said that its 'Normal' for this time of year. Thats disgusting, I have never lived anywhere where having roaches is normal.To top everything off, parkind horrendous. It have taken me 15 mins. before to find parking that didn't require me walking for 10 mins. to get home. The gate to the pool has been broken for a couple months, no repair has been done. The security guard that is supposed to be patrolling the area, just hangs out at the pool at night (with his uniform on). I have seen him on several occasions. ***One more thing, our air conditioner is sooo old, it makes loud noises when its on. I can't use the phone in the living room because its so loud.

This Camden Commons is nothing but a joke. i recommended my friend so that I could get a measly $100 referral (didn't even get that from this stingy place)The small places in the getto have got to be nicer than this. The carpeting is so gross, when we moved it had pubic hair left in the bedroom and smelled like smoke and it was never painted, they walls were yellow and grimy. When I asked for it to be taken care of the office people got an attitude with me and acted like I was being a pain. He told me that the cleaning people did clean it before I moved in and I was just being demanding. What in time happened to the service that I was promised before I signed my paperwork? I am so upset at this place. The grounds look like hell with dog drops everywhere. It is no use telling the office anything, nothing gets taking care of. All the girls (there are no real guys in that office) don?t bother to get off there butts to help you, Unless you are paying your rent. If you are lucky enough to get maintained in there after 10 days of complaint they don?t fix anything worth a dime, I have had to call them back for the leak under my kitchen sink 10 times and it still leaks. Top it all of the with girl in the office telling me that I will have to pay for that sink leaking and all the water damages. I?m sure he doesn?t care now that he got his bonus from me renting this dump. This has to be voted worst of the worst. Unless you enjoy phony smiles and lazy management you are better off finding a nicer place that has a lot better quality. Here at Camden Commons you have Roaches for roommates and peeping toms that run around nude at night.
