Basically, you get what you pay for with this apartment. I would have to say this:

Positives:
-Fast maintenance service
-Decent bedroom sizes
-Friendly management
-Close to airport, library, grocery store, etc.
-Security does a good job. I see them patrolling the parking lot all the time.

Negatives:
-BUGS, all the time, especially cockroaches. Ask management to come spray and they don't.
-Have to call maintenance all the time for the many things that keep breaking.
-Pathetic fitness center with only 3 working machines at most. It's also super hot and feels like a sauna in there.
-Dirty pools, even in the summertime.
-Cold hottubs.
-Hard to lock and unlock front door.
-Security system in apartment doesn't work, never has, and never will.
-The "gated-community" is not quite gated considering the number of times the gate has been broken and left open.
-There are annoying flood lights in between apartments that shine into the windows. Hard to sleep at night because it's so bright.

Basically, if you want a decent place for a halfway decent price considering how much rent has been going up the last couple of years, this is an okay place. However, this is not the Hilton by any means.
