I agree with some of the others here when i first came here i was from outta state so i never got the chance to fully look. A friend of mine did for me what a mistake. Things weren't great in the begining but since Mark, and Heather left this place is WORSE!

I moved in the tub was cracked. The carpets where patched and after a few months of vacuuming the carpets they started coming up. My AC unit keeps freezing up won't keep the house cool. I've repeatedly called about this and their answer is "it needs more freeon or less" Never do they actually fix the AC. When it does work i have to keep a extra fan blowing from the bedroom pointed out to the rest of the apartment cause their is no air flow even if i close the bedroom vent.

On more than one occassion, Eddie the matience tech here has brushed everything off by saying, "That's appartment living for you"

Brian in matience does try to help but his hards are tied. Normally i would say this is just a way to brush off responsiblity on another but i've personally seen him try to help and Eddie the Main Matience guy over ride what Brian was planning on doing.

I've lived here for 2 years now, Moving out July 2008 when lease is up and never looking back. They have increased our rent for a resigning by over 300 dollars up to 1297.00 for a 2 bedroom appartment upstairs unit. Yet if you Call them they are signing leases for less than 1000.00 for the same apartment. When i asked about this they said if i moved into a different appartment i could get that too. So in other words it doesn't even pay to resign and not move. Their Corporate said that i don't have to move and can get the same price as those signing new contracts (with out the move in specials of course) But the office said no. So i called back Corporate and they called the office. I get word from the office saying they had talked to Corporate and that my rent if i choose to resign will still be the same.

They say the reason why we pay more is cause of the admenities they offer. Their used to be 3 pools, now their is 2. The spa at the front gate has been broken over a year which they still haven't fixed. Nor do they have a time frame on when.

Also if you choose to live here and ignore what people have said on how bad this place is, Do not be surprised when you get in a 50 dollar water bill or a 300-400 dollar elecitrical bill. They blanket all water bills are set depending on what size your apartment is. Note this is not your actually water use, this is also water for the pools, spas, water sprinklers, and office. This also has gone up abit for not having all of what we used to here. Some of the sprinklers are broken too like the 2 right outside my stairs have been for over a year now also. This floods the walk way and gets the stairs wet (besides getting you wet if your trying to go somewhere or come home). Because of this my daughter slipped and fell down the stairs nothing serious thank god, But another thing promised to be replaced that wasn't.

I pray to God that you have read this and what others said and DON'T Move here. I can't stress this enough. Come July their will be 14 appartments in the 2 bedrooms open that i know of already cause myself and my neighbors are all having the same issues and we are leaving!

Also, One more quick Note. I forgot. They used to have 24 hours securtiy here and yes they have a gate. We pay for this. However, they changed the securtiy it's night patrol now. I've called about things happening waited 4 hours for someone to show up only to have them say nothing they can do cause 4 hours later the problem(s) are gone and done. One weekend all the tires of the cars not in your 1 assigned spot had their tires slashed. My vechile in the assigned parking was broken into and i waited 4 hours for security to show up. The cops came quicker than the security. The gate is constantly broken and not always broken open. Some nights you go to use your pass card and they don't work you have to actually go up and push on the gate a bit for it to open. The gate never fully closes anyways people just walk right in, which makes it a mute point to have a walk way with a gate that requires a key to get in.

i lived there for 3 months and had the same exact problems!!!! my electric bill was 378$ for one month ac wasnt cold kids everywhere and the gate was always broken and someone even tried stealing my truck .... stole tools and stereo and everything they even left my doors open and they didnt care... WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!
