While I feel bad for those residents who are paying over 1000 for their apartments I feel that the 800 I am paying for my two bedroom apartment is fair. The design and layout is not too bad and is large enough to accomodate my furniture. I also like that the noise seems to stay down most of the time and that my neighbors seem to be really nice people. As for the negatives, I do not like that my assigned spot is on the other end of the complex (which does not make any sense, I do not even use it) and the paint is cracked, there is a small hole in the ceiling and the carpet is very old, however, I knew what I was getting in to. I saw this apartment and chose it because, honestly, it was the best thing for the price in Green Valley. Is this the best apartment I have lived in' - no, but the reletively low rent, nice size and quiet neighbors make up for it.
