I have lived at Cha CHa Cha for about 1 year, and have had a good experience. The apartments themselves are spacious and worth the price. The staff has always been pleasant and quick to respond, as well as make efforts to encourage a sense of community- I have had friendly and considerate neighbors, and have often been invited to community activities. Furthermore, the location itself is very convenient.
I strongly feel that when you choose to live in an apartment community, it is inevitable the a few (small) problems will arise; However, the staff at Cha CHa Cha does a great job of resolving any such problems quickly and efficienty. I would recommend Cha Cha Cha to anyone looking for an apartment to rent.
