I have lived here almost 4 yrs. and love it. The people I live around take care of each other as if they're family. The office staff has to be the best staff I have ever encountered in an apartment setting. There are times you can hear your neighbors, but that is not anyones fault but theirs, so people that complain need to realize the staff is not at fault (ask your neighbor to keep it down)....
As for drug use, yes there have been incidents in the past, but the staff actively tries to address the issues and evict following the proper protocol. The maintenance guys are friendly and always willing to help (you treat them nicely and they make sure to take care of you too).... It would be nice if the parents of the kids in the area paid attention to their behavior instead of letting them run free 24/7 with no supervision (again that is the tenants fault to the staff).
