We've had constant problems with our neighbors blaring their ghetto music at all hours of the day with thumping bass. Office staff was rude and condescending. Wouldn't cooperate or asking other tenants to turn down. Submitted several work requests in 8 months; have never seen a maintenance person. Had to call the district manager at their corporate office to get anything done. Office staff are dumnb and ignorant. Maybe they should use the gym.
