Nasty and ghetto...reminds me of gum stuck on the ground

This is the worst place in the world to live--our neighbors bang their stupid music all night long. Office is useless in getting them to stop. Trash is always on the ground. Lots of crappy cars leaking oil all over...lots of unregistered cars too. Trash is always thrown all over in mailroom. Quite disgusting for what one pays.
