I am sure that you have read the other comments...don't let this place fool you by its exterior...this is by no means luxurious lol! Loud music constantly....RUDE office staff except for the ASSISTANT MANAGER who is VERY nice and I feel sorry for here having to work with the other office staff. We got a letter stating they sold the property to this company from California and it went downhill from there. Our neighbors always slam doors and scream...Ghetto music 24/7. You can tell that the people that live here have no goals in life....all they want to do is drive nice cars and act ghetto. People congregate in groups on the property at night and once in a while they evacuate buildings due to drug dealers that wont come out while the police surround the building. I have a police officer friend who told me Chateau Calais is ruining Seven Hills (the community it sits in) and is an embarrasment to the people that own expensive homes here. So PLEASE STAY AWAY! I AM WARNING YOU!
