Gates are often broken and left open. Lots of broken down cars (against the lease but not enforced). Teenagers race through on loud motorcycles at night. Units place Red Light bulbs in outdoor fixtures to advertise what' Cars park in fire zones or wherever blocking roadways and driveways. Complex only a couple years old but falling apart; there are large cracks around many of the windows in my unit. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom is so slanted a ball will roll downhill if set down. Lots of 1 inch plus cockroaches in the landscaping, but no pest control. Upon move in the unit was filthy, they said it was clean, and would not come down to look at it for several days, the carpet was soiled with dog urine even after carpet cleaning, sprayed the unit with chemicals we could not breathe. Had to live in choking stench for 10 days before they replaced the carpet. Anything is better.
